A 10-acre equestrian compound near Kyle Canyon is on the market.
Located off Kyle Canyon Road in the far north Las Vegas Valley, 9155 Witch Mountain St. has enough to go around for horse lovers, golfers, outdoorsmen and more. The home was listed on May 22 for 0 by Jack Greenberg with huntington &ellis, A Real Estate Agency.
The home on the custom estate spans 5,670 square feet and includes four bedrooms, five bathrooms and an air conditioned three-car garage. It also sits on 10 acres of well-appointed land, with equestrian facilities and private golf amenities, bordering protected Bureau of Land Management land.
Greenberg, who owns horses and goats himself, said the home took him two days and a total of six hours to tour: “This home just has so much stuff.”
“The house itself was only built several years ago” in 2021, Greenberg said. “So this kind of gives you both the luxury and the equestrian lifestyle.”
Inside the home, there are 30-foot ceilings, imported stone throughout the home and five fireplaces. From the main living room, a 20-foot panoramic folding door opens to the pool, homeowners look straight out to the horse stalls, which Greenberg described as “absolutely stunning.”
The house has three kitchens: a main kitchen with a custom island in the pantry, 48-inch range, pot filler and four dishwashers; a full kitchen in a loft area for guests; and another kitchen off the living room as an indoor-outdoor space.
Also, the whole home can run off solar, with battery packs in the garage.
Outside the home, there is a large pool, which Greenberg said the previous owner “just kept making it longer,” surrounded by a putting green.
“The putting greens themselves aren’t just normal putting greens,” Greenberg said. “One of them costs over $125,000 because of the sand that they used underneath. So, if you hit a shot from 30 or 40 yards away, the ball sticks.”
But, if homeowners are looking to escape the heat, there is a golf simulator off the garage, where any course can be played.
As for equestrian facilities, the property has a total of 16 stalls — six off the main home and more stalls on the first five acres, which can act as a boarding facility or for personal use.

“For me, having horses, the stalls are everything,” Greenberg said. “So, just being able to have a run right off the stall, I think, is really amazing.”
It doesn’t end with the equestrian amenities. There’s also a bocce court, a nine-hole disc golf course, fruit orchard and 600-amp service.
“You don’t feel like you’re in Vegas when you’re up there,” Greenberg said.
