A crash involving a motorcyclist and vehicle Tuesday afternoon has resulted in road closures in the western Las Vegas Valley.
The crash was reported at 1:35 p.m. on South Rampart Boulevard and Canyon Run Drive, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol incident page.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. The motorcycle rider was taken to a hospital with what appear to be critical injuries.
The investigation is ongoing. All lanes are blocked for the investigation.
