
Police are seeking the public’s help in a suspected animal cruelty incident after a horse being dragged by a white pickup truck was later found dead in the east valley.
Neighbors said the dark-colored horse with white markings was found dead near a residence on the 1300 block of Ringe Lane Saturday, the Metropolitan Police Department said in a release.
“Investigators are asking for the public’s help in identifying the owner of the horse and/or the driver(s) of the white single-cab pickup truck,” the release said.
