Sales have started on a new Tri Pointe Homes community in Summerlin.
The grand opening and start of sales was announced for the new Aberdeen community from Tri Pointe Homes, in Summerlin off West Lake Mead Boulevard and Calico Bend Drive. The gated community will be located within the larger Grand Park Village.
The community will include 131 homesites, across two collections, with a total of six floor plans and three elevations. Tri Pointe partnered with Bassenian Lagoni Architects and ABLA for the design of Aberdeen. Pricing starts at $694,000.
“Grand Park Village represents one of the most important growth stories unfolding in Summerlin right now, and Aberdeen arrives at a pivotal moment to help define that momentum,” said Klif Andrews, Tri Pointe Homes division president, in a statement.
The community will include homes from Aberdeen Collection I and II.
Collection I consists of 63 two-story homes with three floor plans, ranging from around 1,869 to 2,279 square feet, with three to four bedrooms, two to three baths and two-bay garages. Base prices start at $694,000 and go up to $740,000, with add on options available.
The collection is “designed to feel open yet grounded,” according to the news release, with covered porches and foyers, as well as great rooms and dining spaces.
Collection II will consist of 68 two-story homes across three floor plans ranging from approximately 2,450 to 2,687 square feet, with three to four bedrooms, three baths and two-bay garages. Base prices start at $758,000 and go up to $791,000, with add on options available.
Collection II is the more expansive of the two, offering space for hosting and multi-generational living. The homes include 10-foot ceilings and “spacious indoor-outdoor transitions and living areas,” said the news release.
Located in Grand Park Village, residents will be close to anticipated amenities, said the release, including the upcoming 90-acre Grand Park. Part of Grand Park opened in March, featuring baseball fields and pickleball courts, playgrounds, a splash pad in the summer, fitness areas, a basketball court, shaded picnic spaces along with a concession building.
The park, at 1001 Kettle Ridge Drive along West Sky Vista Drive and Kettle Ridge Drive, will be completed in three phases. Summerlin now has more than 300 parks throughout its various communities and 200-plus miles of interconnected trails.
