A pedestrian was transported to the hospital with critical injuries after being struck by a vehicle early Thursday morning on the Las Vegas Strip.
Las Vegas police said the incident occurred at about 2:16 a.m. near Las Vegas Boulevard and Caesars Palace Drive.
The preliminary investigation indicated the pedestrian may have been outside a marked crosswalk when they were struck by the vehicle.
Impairment is not suspected, police noted.
