In response to your May 12 story, “Tiny home project in works for downtown Henderson”: In what world is $720 a square foot “affordable housing”? The article said it will cost $300,000 for homes that are 380 square-feet. The median cost per square-foot in Henderson is $277. This is robbery, and the photo of elected officials shoveling dirt confirms that the city is complicit.
