After reading your Wednesday article “Upper states seek mediator as river talks stall,” I say: Baloney.
This water situation has been going on for years, as bureaucrats play the blame game, finger-point, pass the buck and waste time. All this while equally useless politicians approve development as if they discovered a process to turn sand into water. (They haven’t.)
This is serious stuff, and serious people are required to fix it, not the current contingent of clowns who get paid by taxpayers and produce zero results.
