A motorcyclist was killed in a crash early Monday morning on a freeway in the southwest Las Vegas Valley.
Nevada Highway Patrol said the crash, which involved in a motorcycle and a sedan, occurred at 3:05 a.m. on the westbound 215 at Rainbow Boulevard.
Police said the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene, and the driver of the sedan is cooperating with investigators.
Authorities said all travel lanes were closed during the investigation, with westbound 215 traffic diverted onto the Rainbow on-ramp.
