The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating an officer-involed shooting that occurred early Saturday morning.
According to a release, the shooting took place near West Harmon Avenue and South Arville Street, near Orleans Arena off the Strip, at around 3:23 a.m.
The department urged the public to avoid the area due to a large police presence as the investigation is ongoing.
