Has the Legislature learned nothing of the revelations of waste and abuse of taxpayer funds on the federal level? The last thing Nevada needs is to waste $1.6 billion on a welfare scheme for the Hollywood crowd. Look at states that have tried this. The “expected” revenues never add up.
